Book a Courier to Receive Your Order

Follow these simple steps in the inDrive app. The screenshots show exactly what to tap and what information to enter to get your order delivered safely.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Complete each step in order, then wait for a courier to accept your request.

Open the inDrive App

After your order is placed, open the inDrive app on your phone.

Look for: the inDrive app icon on your home screen.

Open inDrive

Choose "Couriers"

On the inDrive home screen, select the Couriers option.

Tip: Do not choose City Rides or another service.

Select Couriers

Enter Pickup and Delivery Points

Enter the seller/order pickup location in From and the customer delivery location in To.

Check carefully: make sure From is the pickup point and To is the delivery point.

Enter the Delivery Details

Confirm the pickup and delivery addresses, then enter the sender phone number and recipient phone number.

Important: use active phone numbers so the courier can contact the sender and recipient.

Add contact details

Protect the Delivery with a Confirmation Code

Select Confirmation code under Delivery protection.

Why: the recipient can use the 4-digit code to confirm the delivery.

Select the Package Size

Choose the size that matches your package: S up to 5 kg, M up to 15 kg, or L up to 20 kg.

Example: choose M for a package weighing up to 15 kg.

Describe What the Courier Should Deliver

Select a relevant category such as Food, Clothes, Documents, Electronics or Pharmacy, then add a short note for the delivery person.

Keep it clear: tell the courier what to pick up and where it should be delivered.

Offer Your Delivery Price

Tap Offer your price and review the displayed delivery amount before sending the request.

Select your vehicle jis sey delivery kerwany hai (choose the vehicle type for delivery).

Click/Enable the receipt checkbox to pay the delivery charges.

Review: confirm the price, vehicle type, and receipt option before continuing.

Wait for Nearby Couriers

After submitting the request, inDrive searches for nearby courier riders who can accept your delivery.

Next: wait for courier offers to appear on the screen.

Choose a Suitable Courier

When riders appear, compare their rating and number of deliveries. Review the available information before accepting a rider.

What to check: a higher rating and more completed deliveries can provide more information when comparing available riders.

Track the Delivery

Once a courier accepts the request, follow the rider on the map and stay available for calls from the courier or sender.

Final check: make sure the pickup and delivery locations match your order.
